Studio Policies

Payment Policy

 Payment for the quarter / month is due at the first lesson prior to instruction. At this time, an agreement upon the number of lessons for the time period will be made.

Attendance Policy

​If the teacher misses a lesson after payment has been made, the lesson will be made up or credit will be applied.  If a student misses a lesson without at least 24-hour advance notice, it will not be made up.  Please be on time; lessons will not go over time.

If a decision is made to end instruction, the student/family will give the teacher one month’s notice in writing.  The student/family will be responsible for paying the full month of instruction (4-5 lessons) that follows notification.

Materials

​It is the student’s or parents’ responsibility to purchase necessary books.  On occasion, I will select and bring supplementary music for which you are also responsible. There are also several online websites that have an excellent selection of music.

*The teacher will not be held responsible for damage or injury that may occur at the location of instruction.
